Production methods

• Our Audi 80 convertible tops are suitable for manual and electrically powered linkages.
• The Audi 80 convertible top from our company is optimized for all Audi 80 type B3 and B4 from 1991 to 2000.
• To ensure a long service life for your new Audi 80 convertible top, we use specially selected materials and process them using modern manufacturing methods (e.g. computer-controlled cutting and high-frequency welding of the top seams).
• The new convertible top for your Audi 80 is manufactured true to the original convertible top.
  All reinforcements and doublings are incorporated as in the original convertible top.
  The water gutter above the side doors is also covered in fabric, just like the original.
  So nothing is spared on your new convertible top.
• When manufacturing our convertible tops, we pay very close attention to adhering to the exact dimensions of our long-established and constantly optimized pattern.
• All lines of the soft top shape are optimized for a beautiful appearance of your new Audi 80 convertible top.
• Thanks to a special thermal process, the sheaths of the crossbars visible from the inside are not sewn through the outer skin, but are firmly attached to the inside of the soft top skin.
  This manufacturing process means that there are no visible seams on the outside of the convertible top.

Rear window

• The rear window of the Audi 80 convertible top from our company is a clear and untinted film window, just like the original. Optionally, we can also offer you a rear window made of gray or green tinted window film. However, these color variants are rather atypical for your Audi 80 convertible top.
• The window quality is 1 mm film window with test number, as used on all standard convertibles. A thicker film pane of 1.2 mm has no advantages, neither for the visibility of the window nor for its durability.
